Whom It May Concern
Our
company operates two large export registered freezing works
in the North Laverton Industrial area. For many years we have
had a problem with a fast growing pigeon population.
We
have tried many ways to remove the pigeons over the years.
We tried using a gas scare gun but the birds soon got used
to the noise. We tried to prevent entry to the attic areas
by using chicken wire but the birds still managed to find
a path. Contractors have come and tried to remove the birds
but failed.
Merv
Crofts of A-1 Pigeon control walked into our office some six
months ago and said he will be able to permanently remove
all the pigeons. We were sceptical after all the previous
failures but Merv gave us a money back guarantee so we gave
him a try.
After
six months we are happy to report that Merv has successfully
removed the bulk of the pigons. We have a maintenance period
of twelve months and are confident that the pigeon problem
is gone and will not re-occur again.
I
feel very comfortable in recommending A-1 Pigeon control to
anyone with a Pigeon problem.

I

Our

manner and we recall Mr. Crofts again whenever we see any
signs of the problem possibly arising.
He
has been responsible and pro-active in advising us an ongoing

Our
college had a large problem with Pigeons, which were causing
a large amount of mess and nesting problems in roof areas,
around air conditioning and heating ducts.
We
had tried other companies to help remove the Pigeons, but
all had not solved the problem.
After
contacting Merv Crofts, A-1 Pigeon Control, and now three
months down the track, a large amount of Pigeons have been
removed.
We
are now on a maintenances period of twelve months and I feel
comfortable in recommending A-1 Pigeon Control to any one
with a Pigeon problem.

- Pigeons
have been a continuing problem at this College for many
years. Their perching and roosting on parapets, pipes and
in alcoves caused a continuing mess, which was unsightly.
Downpipes were often blocked with nesting material, which
in turn created drainage problems.
- Several
attempts have been made, using various methods, to remove
them but with little success over the years.
- Mr
Merv. Crofts of A-1 Pigeon control has, over a three month
period, greatly reduced the number of piegons infesting
the College buildings.
- We
have now recommeced a regular maintenance contract with
Mr. Crofts, and I would recommend him to any person or organistaion
that has a problem with Pigeon infestation.
